Golf Data Lab For Golf Associations

Talent identification and squad or team selection processes are greatly enhanced by using actual data to track progress of individual golfers. Whether you are a school, university, golf club, area district, sport association or national golf union, the measurement and comparison of various golfers is essential in your on-going decision-making.

The Scottish Golf Union recognises the clear benefits to its golfers, coaches, technical advisers and selectors of accurate performance analysis and has appointed Golf Data Lab as exclusive suppliers for their performance data and statistics analysis.

At the time of the commitment from the SGU, Scotland were reigning champions in both the amateur and professional ranks, Colin Montgomerie and Marc Warren having won the World Cup at Mission Hills, China, and Callum Macaulay, Gavin Dear and Wallace Booth having captured the Eisenhower Trophy in Adelaide late 2008.

Now all the SGU National Squads and National Academy golfers are using Golf Data Lab programmes. The support of the SGU has also made it possible to introduce the programmes to other associations representing golfers across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Any golfing associations or bodies interested in learning more about a bespoke programme to meet their golf data and statistics requirements, please e-mail info@golfdatalab.com.
